As a physical result of project envisioned by the Development Policy Foundation, titled "Construct the change. Citizen monitoring in Hola Prystan", an actual ferry stop was constructed in the town of Hola Prystan, Ukraine. This ferry stop is an important milestone in the city's life as the demand for such object was articulated by a internet-based voting system available at 'gopriplus.org' where citizens can pinpoint and vote for crucial issues affecting the community.

ICDT participated in the final, presentation event as a proud partner with several other Visegrad partners. The project was co-financed by the Polish development cooperation programme of the Polish MFA and the International Visegrad Fund.
