Representatives of ICDT, along with members of the Hungarian Embassy in Chisinau, Ambassador Mátyás Szilágyi and Mrs. Zsuzsanna Mészáros held a joint wreath-laying ceremony in Bender, Transnistria on November 17 to commemorate the 381 Hungarians who died during World War II in the region in 1945-1946.
