Representatives of the International Centre for Democratic Transition participated in the kick-off meeting of the project titled "Black Sea Regional Development Network Program" between 24-26 July, 2014. The project’s aim is to strengthen the capacity of NGOs and local experts, and their ability to attract EU expertise and funding for regional development, and to improve synergies between the third sector’s and local governments' initiatives in the Black Sea EaP countries.The project’s aim is to strengthen the capacity of NGOs and local experts, and their ability to attract EU expertise and funding for regional development, and to improve synergies between the third sector’s and local governments' initiatives in the Black Sea EaP countries.

The ICDT is participating in the project as partner institution of the project leader Bakhchisaray Regional Development Centre "Top-Kaya". The project is supported by the International Visegrad Fund.
