On 27 September, 2013 the ICDT held its second workshop within the framework of the „CIVex Moldova” project with the support of the appointed experts from various fields. The training program of Moldovan NGOs continued with the unfolding of more specific topics, providing examples and best practices.

Dr. Slawomira Walczewska gave her lecture on the various aspects and perceptions of violence against women, and the possibilities to overcome this phenomena, providing the applicable Polish solutions. Ms. Jana Chrzova also gave insights from a practical point of view about the possible coalition building among NGOs, focusing on the necessary elements when elaborating lobbying strategies for these organizations. Dr. Andrea Pető, professor of the Central European University provided an academic side of the gender topic by introducing a new method of women historization, or women’s history, called the „Foremother Excercise”.
